You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may not use ClipStory if doing so would violate applicable law or if your account has been suspended or terminated.

ClipStory grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful business or personal content creation.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempts to disrupt infrastructure, bypass limits, scrape private data, or generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

You retain ownership of the prompts, text, media, and other content you submit. You grant ClipStory a limited license to process and store content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content and its publication comply with third-party rights and platform policies.

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or required by law.

You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

ClipStory is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or specific performance outcomes.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ClipStory is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or security risks. We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the revised version with an updated date.

If you continue using ClipStory after changes become effective, you accept the updated Terms.
