Refund Policy
This policy explains when ClipStory subscription charges are refundable and how to request a review.

No Refund Policy
At ClipStory, we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription. All sales are final.
Monthly or annual subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
When Refunds May Be Issued
We may provide a refund for duplicate payments, clear billing errors, or technical issues that prevented reasonable use of the paid service and were not resolved after support review.
Refund requests are evaluated case by case and any approved refund is issued to the original payment method when possible.
Request Window
To request a refund review, contact us within 14 days of the charge date and include your account email, transaction details, and a short explanation of the issue.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting support, we may suspend access while the payment dispute is investigated.
